Weekend $300 per night - minimum 2 night stay
Monday - Friday - 4 nights @ $680
Weekly - 7 nights @ $1200
Long Term - 4 weeks+ @ 850
Long Term - 2 months+ by negotiation
2 night minimum stay always applicable apart from Easter when 3 night minimum stay applies.
